Nine high profile projects at home for T R Freeman (contd.)
• Queens College: A £500,000 traditional zinc roofing and cladding project for R G Carters
• Bradwells Court / Christs Lane : A substantial stainless steel roofing project right in the heart of the city including all the timber substrates, aluminium fascias and Single Ply Membrane works. Value will be upwards of £400,000.00, the main contractor is SDC of Bedford.
• Corpus Christi College: A traditional copper project for the college in the centre of Cambridge, as it expands and refurbishes. Main contractor is Haymills
• Accordia: This is an extensive copper project in an exclusive part of Cambridge for Redeham Homes. This is the second of five phases that T R Freeman has been involved in
• Meadowcroft: A traditional zinc roofing and cladding project nearing completion for Leyford Construction, in another affluent area of the city
• Auckland Road: Another traditional zinc roofing and cladding project for Beechdale
And it has just won further significant local orders:
• Department of Physics of Medicine: This will see T R Freeman install a complete plywood and zinc envelope package for Willmott Dixon on another new University research building.
• Clare College: This traditional copper project will be installed for Haymills, on behalf of the University of Cambridge.
• Department of Anatomy: A pre weathered copper roof top facade for Dean & Bowes.
• Dalham Stud: Another prestigious zinc project, again for Haymills, this is the new horse racing headquarters just outside Newmarket.
