The Cambridge-based company is installing £750,000 of copper roofing for new apartments being built in the city.
The prestigious Accordia Living development at Brooklands Avenue on the edge of the city centre is being built by Redeham Homes.
Meantime on a second project, it is installing multiple steel roofs for the Department of Manufacturing, Cambridge University.
The contractor on that project is Marriott Construction, part of Kier Group.
Gary Webb, Managing Director of T R Freeman, said: “These are two more local projects we are delighted to be involved with.
“We have worked with both of these contractors before and are delighted to be working with them again.”
T R Freeman has been in Cambridge since being formed 120 years ago and is part of the Kershaw Group.
The group employs 183 people with a turnover of £35 million. It’s heavily involved in the local community, including a sponsorship of Cambridge United’s away shirts.
